Shipping and handling

Once you place an order I’ll send the image to my print supplier where the product will be made, packaged, and shipped to you upon completion. This process takes about 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday).

All U.S. orders ship via USPS or FedEx and will arrive in 3-8 business days once sent. A tracking number will be provided.

International orders may take 10-20 business days before delivery depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided.

Note: Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped.

Returns

• Sublimated t-shirts are made to order therefore all sales are final. At this time SOULAR POWERED does not accept returns or make exchanges for sublimated t-shirts and tank tops. Make sure you select the correct size, color, etc. before placing an order.

• An order cannot be canceled if the fulfillment process has started, which usually happens 2 business days after you submit a payment.

• If your package gets sent back to me due to it being unclaimed at your local post office for too long, or because you provided the wrong address, I can re-ship the order at your expense.

• Please note that SOULAR POWERED can’t be held responsible for mistakes made by mail carriers or other post office personnel, like delivering items to the wrong address or mishandling a package resulting in damaged goods.

FAQ (Frequently asked questions)

Where do you ship from?
Items ship from NYC. You may pick up your order and save the shipping charge, but please message me before completing your purchase.

What about customs duties & taxes?
Shipments outside of the United States may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The buyer is responsible for these fees.


What technology is used to print on t-shirts?
I use the direct-to-garment (DTG) method of printing, silkscreen and sublimation.

Disclaimer about Direct-to-Garment printing
Colors on finished product may vary slightly. You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off.

Disclaimer about sublimation
When printing flat artwork onto a constructed garment some imperfections will occur, particularly under the arm. You may have smudges, blurs, and creasing near edges, seams, and collars of shirts.

Can you include personal notes when buying an item as a gift?
I can add a short message that will appear on the packing slip.

Can I request a custom design for a poster, T-shirt, etc?
As long as it doesn’t include a logo, it's not a design from another store, or it's not “fan art,” I will try to fulfill your wishes.
