Return & Exchange Policy
- Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days if the issue is due to an error on our end.
- To initiate an exchange or return, email info@soular-powered.com with the subject "returns" or "exchanges."
- If exchanging, please include the issue and what you’d like to exchange the item for.
Accepted Payment Methods
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through a secure payment system.
- Your credit card information is transmitted securely and we do not store any payment details.
- We do not accept PayPal at this time.
Shipping Information
- Standard shipping (U.S.): Orders typically arrive in 7-10 business days.
- International shipping: Can take 3-5 weeks, depending on destination and customs.
- Holiday/High demand periods: Orders may take 10-15 business days to ship.
Shipping Methods
- U.S. orders: Shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
- International orders: Shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Package Tracking
- Yes, we provide tracking numbers for U.S. orders.
- For international orders, tracking won’t update once it leaves the U.S., but the package is still on its way.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs depend on your country and order size.
- To find the cost, add items to your cart, select your country, and click “update total.”
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide, to almost every country.
Missing Package
- If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we cannot reship. Ensure the correct shipping address is provided during checkout.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated, allow 3-5 business days and contact your postal worker directly.
